Application Letter

                                                                                                                                                                       Dear Ms. Hastings,
I am writing in response to the advertisement which I saw in Today’s Magazine this morning about a new bilingual school in Sydney and I would like to express my interest in working as an English Teacher with your school. I hope my experience is good enough for the position.
I am an English teacher graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. I worked for five years in two public schools in San Antonio, Chile and then I decided to move to Sydney, where I have been working as a tourist guide for a year in “Believe” agency. Although it is a good job, I really want to teach a language again.
I think I might be useful in your school, because I can speak both languages Spanish and English and I also took courses at University for teaching Spanish as well. Apart from that and due to my pleasant experience of working with children and some courses that I took about acquiring languages, I could also address cognitive problems in learning a language.
I would be very grateful if you could send me more information about the location of the school. More information about my previous experiences is included on the enclosed résumé, but if you prefer to have an interview for a further explanation I would be very happy to attend whenever is possible. You can get in contact with me sending me an email to this account paulaorellana@gmail.com or calling me at 88866666-7 by the afternoon.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Paula Orellana Acevedo.
