Science = Humanities
For years, scientific developments have turned into the most important events in history, which allows us to live our lives in a more comfortable and simpler way. That's why when we think about humanities, some people tend to think that this discipline is so much less important than science, but that's not true: they both are equally relevant in our lives.
Science developments have shown to the world that everything has a solution or an explanation through the implementation of experiments and hypotheses, which are completely significant, but those discoveries have never revealed something different, such as trascendental and spiritual facts.
On the other hand, humanities has explained life in a different way through different disciplines, conveying all in the way of how humans interact in society. In that way, humanities are essential to live socially in peace.
All in all, we can't say that science is more important than humanities, they both are equally relevant in our lives and they complement each other. I honestly believe that we all must respect both disciplines as equals.
